For the past few months, I’ve been feeling bloated, fatigued, and sometimes I have stomach pains that just won’t go away. After countless doctor visits with no clear answers, I started looking into Ayurvedic approaches to health. The more I read about the concept of balancing doshas, the more I feel it could be the answer to my problems. I’m looking for some good books on Ayurveda that explain the principles in a way that’s easy to understand, especially when it comes to digestive health. I’m not looking for anything too technical but something that really gives a holistic approach to healing.
