You’ve been diagnosed with Spondyloarthropathy (SPA), which causes joint pain and stiffness, and are experiencing leg sensitivity, likely due to nerve involvement or poor circulation, compounded by diabetes and high blood pressure. Ayurvedic remedies like Guggul, Turmeric, and Ashwagandha can help reduce inflammation and support joint health, while Brahmi and Ashwagandha may improve nerve function and circulation. Mahanarayan Oil can be used for massage to relieve pain and stiffness. For managing diabetes and high BP, herbs like Bitter melon, Garlic, and Arjuna are beneficial. A balanced diet, regular moderate exercise, and stress-reducing practices like yoga and pranayama can further help improve both joint and nerve health. Always consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized treatment alongside your medical care.

Knee issues related to Spondyloarthritis (SPA) and sensitivity in your leg, can be complex but, Ayurveda does have perspectives to help manage these situations. So, let's dive right in! First off, knee pain and joint issues could be a sign of imbalanced Vata dosha. Generally, Vata can cause dryness and pain. We might wanna balance things by focusing on warming and grounding practices. One really simple tip to start with: daily oil massage. You can use sesame oil — it's warming and nourishing. Just warm it slightly and massage it into your knees, gently, every morning. It'll help with stiffness too. With sensitivity in one leg, there could be nerves involved, maybe affected by doshas. Another suggestion involves turmeric milk. Just a pinch of turmeric in warm milk before bed. It's anti-inflammatory and might help with that sensitivity too. Plus, it's yummy if you like the taste. Diet can be so essential here. Try to include warming spices like ginger and black pepper in your meals. Strengthening legumes like mung beans, adequately cooked, can be beneficial as well. Avoid cold, raw foods as they can aggravate Vata. Keeping a regular meal schedule helps stabilize your Agni (digestive fire). Movement is key. Gentle yoga focusing on Joint health – simple stretches, like knee bends or leg raises, might improve circulation in your legs and help with sensation. If things feel too complicated, or symptoms worsen, don't shy away from seeking help again from a specialist. Sometime quick changes are necessary! Ayurveda is great but works best in harmony with prompt medical intervention if the condition demands. Anyway, I hope this helps get you started on a path to feeling more whole and balanced.
