Your wife may have a localized skin issue, such as contact dermatitis or an infection. If it is spreading further you need to get it checked immediately. Here’s what to do in the meantime : Immediate Care Avoid Scratching: Prevent further irritation. Clean the Area: Gently wash with mild soap and water, then pat dry. Cold Compress: Apply a cold, damp cloth to relieve itching. Topical Treatments Apply neem and aloevera based anti microbial ointment. Monitor Symptoms Watch for Changes: Look for increased redness, swelling, pus, or spreading. Avoid spicy, salty, sour and outside food for some days.

Itchy pimples with a crust in the chest area may indicate a localized skin condition, possibly related to a Vata-Pitta imbalance, which can lead to skin irritations or allergic reactions. To address this, you can apply Khadiradi Thailam, a soothing herbal oil that helps reduce inflammation and itching. Additionally, consider using Gandhak Rasayana, which contains sulfur and is beneficial for skin health, helping to cleanse toxins and promote healing. It's essential to keep the affected area clean and avoid scratching to prevent further irritation. If there are any accompanying symptoms, such as fever, swelling, or if the condition worsens, please provide more details for a more accurate assessment.
