How Should I Approach the Study of Ayurveda for Better Health Understanding - #1635
interested in Ayurveda for a while now, especially after seeing how it helped a family member manage chronic stress and digestive issues. I’ve read a lot of articles and watched some videos online, but I feel like I need a more structured way to dive deeper into it. I want to understand the philosophy, herbs, and practices that can help balance my body better, but I’m unsure where to start. I’m thinking about studying Ayurveda formally, but it seems like there’s so much to learn! Is it better to start with books, or should I look for a course? And how much time does it take to gain a solid understanding of Ayurvedic principles and practices? What do you suggest for someone like me who’s trying to figure out where to begin?
