Hello , what are you readings? How long are you suffering from these issues? In chronic cases better to take personal guidance from an Ayurvedic doctor with all your case files. They will be able to guide you better. In recent onset Diabetes reversal is easier without taking allopathy medication.

Ayurveda has its own ways to manage type 2 diabetes, which is actually called Madhumeha in Ayurvedic texts. But you gotta know, it focuses more on managing and balancing than a full-on "cure" in the way modern medicine might think about it. Insulin resistance and blood sugar levels can be looked at from a dosha perspective, mostly the disruption in Kapha dosha, which could affect metabolism and digestion, or agni. Balance that — that's where the magic might happen. So, you're already on Ayurvedic meds & exploring pranayama like bhramri, anulom vilom, and omkar. That's pretty solid since they can help reduce stress, which can totally impact glucose levels and high blood pressure. About whether to stick with Ayurveda or go with allopathy or do a mix of both... it really depends on what working for you & how your body responding. If you're not getting what you need from Ayurveda alone, or if your blood sugar levels are still a bit unpredictable, integrating some allopathic treatments could be beneficial. Your situation is unique, and safety comes first, right? Now, diet and lifestyle - super important here. Stick to a diet with low glycemic foods, like whole grains, legumes, and veggies... minimize sugary snacks. Exercise that fits ya routine bc regular movement’s gonna help regulate sugar levels. Yoga could totally dovetail with your pranayama practice here. And monitor... keep an eye on your metrics. It's essential, especially if yer mixin' treatments. Get regular check-ups with your healthcare provider, talk to both your Ayurvedic doctor and allopathic physician to make sure everything's synced up right. Any changes in meds or symptoms? Don't wait. Talk to a professional. This is one of those conditions where teamwork really counts. Keep tweaking till ya get the balance that works for ya!
