Erectile dysfunction and the accompanying symptoms you’re describing can be effectively managed with a personalized approach in Ayurveda, focusing on your unique constitution and lifestyle. The challenges you’re facing seem to be affecting your well-being quite significantly. Let’s break this down into actionable steps based on Ayurvedic principles.

First, it’s important to consider your dosha type since Vata imbalance often plays a role in sexual function disruption. Incorporating Vata-pacifying lifestyle and diet can be quite beneficial. Warm foods, cooked meals, and avoidance of cold, raw foods can stabilize your internal environment. Include nourishing oils like sesame oil and ghee in your diet to support your dhatus or tissues.

In terms of herbs, Ashwagandha and Shatavari are renowned for enhancing sexual vitality. Consider taking Ashwagandha powder with warm milk in the evening. This not only improves strength but also helps manage stress levels which can impact sexual health. Also, Shatavari, mixed with honey and warm milk, can support your reproductive health.

Your sense of disconnection, post night fall, suggests some weakness and depletion of ojas, the essence of vitality. Including Chyawanprash in your daily routine can be hurtful; take a spoonful in the morning with milk to boost overall energy and ojas levels.

Moringa leaves, either dry powder or fresh, can be consumed to maintain energy levels and prevent feelings of weakness. You can mix a teaspoon of moringa powder with water or into a smoothie.

Sleep and routine are crucial – ensuring you maintain a consistent sleeping pattern can stabilize your body’s rhythms. Aim for at least 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep to improve both general strength and mental well-being.

For addressing the symptom of low BP, regular intake of hydrating but warm fluids, like ginger tea, can be supportive. Ginger enhances circulation and digestion and can help counteract low blood pressure after night falls.

If symptoms persist or worsen, seeking the further consultation of a trusted healthcare practitioner or Ayurvedic doctor is advised to tailor more specific interventions. It might also be worthwhile to keep an eye on stress levels and engage in relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga to nurture mental resilience.

Remember, these suggestions are broad; individual adjustments may be necessary based on how your body responds.
