Bhringraj Capsules or Powder: Known as the “King of Hair,” Bhringraj can help nourish hair follicles. Take 1 capsule or 1 tsp of powder with water daily. 2. Hair Oil Massage:

Use a blend of Bhringraj oil and Amla oil (warm before applying). Massage into the scalp for 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times a week. It strengthens the hair roots and improves blood circulation. Alternatively, use coconut oil infused with fenugreek seeds for a soothing, cooling effect that balances Pitta. 3. Dietary Advice:

Include foods rich in protein, iron, and vitamin E such as nuts, seeds, leafy greens, and lentils. Consume Amla (Indian gooseberry) regularly, as it’s a natural source of vitamin C, which boosts collagen production and strengthens hair. 4. Lifestyle Tips:

Manage Stress: High stress can lead to hair fall. Practice yoga or meditation daily to help reduce stress levels. Avoid hot water showers, as they can damage the hair and strip away natural oils. When it comes to Ayurveda, our hair health is often connected to dosha imbalances, mainly Pitta, sometimes Vata too. If there’s excess heat or dryness, it can lead to more hair fall than you’d like.

Alright, first things first. Let’s look at your diet. Try to add cooling, Pitta-pacifying foods like cucumber, melon, and coconut water. Avoid spicy, fried, or acidic foods as they can aggravate Pitta, making things worse. Snacking on some sunflower seeds or almonds can be good too—they’re rich in healthy fats and nutrients, which your hair loves.

Stress, often underestimated, is a biggie in this hair loss gang. How’s your sleep? Regular, refreshing sleep can do wonders. Consider a calming Ayurvedic tea before bed, maybe with chamomile or even brahmi.

When it comes to your scalp, gentle is the word. Massage your scalp at least twice a week with bhringraj or amla oil; it soothes and rejuvenates both the scalp and follicles. Let it sit for an hour before washing out. Make sure to use a mild shampoo, avoid harsh chemicals.
