Stress ki wajah se aap ke doshas—vata, pitta, aur kapha—mein asamtulan aa sakta hai, jo skin ko dull aur glowless bana deta hai. Pigmentation aur pimples bhi isi imbalance ka natija ho sakti hai. Chalo, ise handle karne ke liye kuch simple aur practical ayurvedic nuskhe discuss krte hain. Pehle toh stress ko manage karna zarrori hai. Pranayam, jaise deep breathing aur Anulom Vilom, rojana subha karne se bahut fayda ho sakta hai. Yeh aapke vata dosha ko shant karne mein kaam ayega. Ab aati hai baat diet ki, kyonki jo aap khate hain uska asar aapki skin pe hota hai.
