Stress, aur iska prabhav khas taur pe skin pe dikhai deta hai, bilkul samajhne layak hai. Stress ki wajah se aap ke doshas—vata, pitta, aur kapha—mein asamtulan aa sakta hai, jo skin ko dull aur glowless bana deta hai. Pigmentation aur pimples bhi isi imbalance ka natija ho sakti hai.

Chalo, ise handle karne ke liye kuch simple aur practical ayurvedic nuskhe discuss krte hain. Pehle toh stress ko manage karna zarrori hai. Pranayam, jaise deep breathing aur Anulom Vilom, rojana subha karne se bahut fayda ho sakta hai. Yeh aapke vata dosha ko shant karne mein kaam ayega.

Ab aati hai baat diet ki, kyonki jo aap khate hain uska asar aapki skin pe hota hai. Har din fresh fruits and veggies add karein apne diet mein, aur spicy, fried, aur oily food se thoda distance banayein. Yeh aapke pitta dosha ko balance karne mein help karega.

Har subha nalka se dhoya hua ek glass paani garam karke akele hi piye. Kuch drops of lemon aur shehad mila sakte hain ismein. Yeh aapka metabolism boost karta hai, jisse impurities nikalne mein madad milti hai.

Ab kuch skin ke liye directly—chandan aur haldi ka lep badiya remedy hai. Haldi apni anti-inflammatory properties ke liye jani jati hai. Chandan powder aur ek chammach haldi, milake paste banaye, fir thoda doodh ya rose water add karein. Ise week mein do baar lagayen, aur 20 minutes tak rakhne ke baad thande paani se dho lein.

Night routine thoda tweak karne ki zarurat hai, toh make sure ki aap gentle cleanser ke saath face wash karte hain aur moisturizer lagana kabhi na bhoolein. Kesar milk ya almond oil ke few drops leggen to moisturize, sleep pehle.
