can i use delay spray with viagra - #24137

Anna

I am kinda worried about my recent experiences with my intimate life. Been having some issues if you know what I mean. A friend mentioned I might consider trying Viagra since sometimes I struggle with, um, maintaining things. I read that it can help a lot but I’ve also come across this thing called delay spray that people say works well for, um, lasting longer. Now the question popping up in my head is: can I use delay spray with Viagra? Like, would that be safe? I don’t wanna mix anything that could mess me up or lead to side effects or something. I tried doing some research but honestly, it's confusing! Some sites say mixing both is a good idea, but then others are cautious about it. Has anyone here combined both? What was the experience like? Should I be worried about anything particular? I really hope this combo works out because I’m tired of feeling stressed and under pressure during intimate moments. Any advise would be super helpful!

Combining Viagra and a delay spray might seem like an appealing way to address different aspects of your concerns simultaneously, but there are several considerations to keep in mind. From a conventional medical perspective, Viagra (sildenafil) is designed to help with erectile function by increasing blood flow to the penis, whereas delay sprays typically contain topical anesthetics to reduce sensitivity and prolong performance. While both seem to target different issues, using them together can be complex. The potential risk lies in over-reducing sensitivity, which can lead to decreased pleasure — and also potential irritation or allergic reaction on the skin due to the delay spray, especially if not thoroughly washed off. Shifting focus to an Ayurvedic perspective: stress, performance anxiety, and other emotional factors often play a significant role in intimate health, which can affect one's experience. It might be also related to imbalances in your doshas, particularly Vata and Pitta. Emphasizing natural methods to achieve wellbeing including proper diet and lifestyle can often be of great bennnifit. To address this holistically, you should aim to balance your doshas by adopting a diet rich in whole grains, seasonal fruits, and nuts. Reducing spicy, overly sweet, or processed foods can help manage any Pitta disturbances. Traditional Ayurvedic herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari may support energy and reduce stress levels. Regular meditation, yoga, or other calming practices might assist in balancing the mind and body connection. If you choose to proceed with combining these products, I strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider or an Ayurvedic practitioner. They can provide guidance taking into account your overall health and specific needs. Always prioritize your safety and wellbeing in such decisions.
