Can anyone explain more about the ayurvedic elements and how they are linked to the doshas (vata, pitta, and kapha)? I’ve heard a lot about these elements, but I’m still trying to wrap my head around how they impact things like digestion, skin, and overall energy levels. I’ve read somewhere that imbalances in the elements can cause certain symptoms, but I’m unsure how to identify which element is off in my body. For example, I’ve heard that people with a lot of vata dosha might experience dryness or coldness in their body. Does that mean my dry skin could be linked to vata imbalance? If so, what foods or lifestyle changes can help restore balance to this element? I've also heard that pitta imbalances can cause issues like inflammation or acidity. Sometimes I do feel a bit hot, especially after meals, and my digestion seems to be a bit fiery. Is this a sign of too much fire element (pitta) in my body? If it is, what should I do to balance it?
