Khasi aur jhukam dono milke jeevan ko thoda mushkil bana sakte hai na. Ye dono generally vaat aur kapha dosha ki gadhna ke karan ho sakte hai. Thoda rest low, aur kuch gharelu nuskhe try kr sakte ho. Pehle toh aap garam pani piyein, thoda-thoda lene se gala sukoon me rahega. Guava ka juice bhi faidaymand hota hai kyunki usme vitamin C hota hai jo immunity ko boost karta hai.
Ajwain aur gur ko garam karke thoda khaa lo, unko thoda chaba lo. Iske alaava sonth (dry ginger) aur jaggery ka mix garam pani ke saath peene se bahut sukoon milega. Agar aapke pas honey aur haldi ho to unko mix karke thoda-thoda le lo. Ye khasi ke liye ek dam badiya hota hai.
Santulan karke khaana bhi zaroori hai. Thanda aur oily, bahar ka maal avoid karo. Garam soups, like vegetable or chicken soups, le lo, ye bhi madadgar hota hai. Aur haan, doodh me haldi mila kar sone se pehle lena mat bhoolna, ye bhi bada effective hota hai!
Aapko lag raha ho ki saans fud rahe hain ya fevers bahut badh raha ho toh doc ko zaroor dikhana chaiye, wo jyada better suggest karenge. Bina kisi consultation ke koi medicine nahi lena chaiye, kai baar wo fayda nahi karte, ya phir ultae side effects ho sakte hain.
