To strengthen hair, promote thickness, and address grey hair, try massaging your scalp with warm oils like coconut, castor, or almond oil, and apply aloe vera or amla to nourish and fortify hair. For grey hair, use remedies like curry leaves boiled in coconut oil or henna mixed with black tea to darken and prevent further greying. To remove skin tags, apply apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, or garlic paste directly to the tag and cover with a bandage until it falls off. Eating a balanced diet with protein, vitamin C, and omega-3 fatty acids, along with staying hydrated and practicing consistency with these remedies, will help improve hair and skin health over time.

For strengthening hair, Ayurveda really views it from the angle of balancing your body and mind. This means nourishing your hair from the inside and the outside. Start by figuring out your dosha, which can usually help identify the root imbalance. Common internal causes of weak hair could be an imbalanced Vata dosha, leading to dryness. For strengthening hair and promoting thickness, start with a nutritious diet. Include amla (Indian gooseberry) either fresh if available, or as a powder to promote hair growth. It’s rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants. Drink Amla juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Regularly massaging your scalp with coconut oil, with a little bit of Brahmi or Bhringraj mixed in can also strengthen hair from roots. Do this twice a week. It's a bit sticky, but it nourishes the scalp and can improve hair strength. For greying hair, try making a paste of curry leaves and coconut oil, apply this before shampooing. Curry leaves have properties that restore melanin, the pigment in your hair. Regular use might help slow the greying process. Regarding skin tags, which can be a real bother sometimes! You may try applying a turmeric paste made with a bit of water or honey. Its anti-inflammatory properties sometimes help shrink skin tags. Dab it on the tags every night before sleep. To speed things up, a paste of garlic might help expedite the process, but its strong and might irritate skin, so proceed carefully. Always listen to your body, if anything feels off, stop and re-evaluate. If you’re doing all these and still have concerns, I would absolutely talk to a professional who's familiar with ayurveda. Sometimes, our bodies need more targeted help depending on what they’re telling us.
