I am really worried about my joint pain and the whole situation is just a bit overwhelming. I started experiencing this awful pain in my knees and hips a few months back, and I feel like I'm getting older way too fast. My doc said it could be early signs of arthritis or something like that. They even suggested AVN Rasnasaptakam Kashayam to me, but to be honest, I haven't started it yet because I’m not sure if it’s the right fit for me.
