Aapke gale mein jalan, cough formation, jeebh par jalan, aur constipation ke lakshan Pitta aur Vata doshon ke imbalance ka sanket dete hain. Gale aur jeebh mein jalan ka karan Pitta prakopa hai, jo aapke sharir mein excessive heat aur acid formation ko bada raha hai, jisse acid reflux (Amlapitta) aur irritation ho rahi hai. Yeh pitta ke uttejana se gala aur jeebh mein jalan ke roop mein prakat hoti hai. Saath hi, Vata dosha ka vitiation constipation ka karan ban raha hai, jo aanton ki gati ko dheema karta hai aur dryness produce karta hai.
Is avastha mein aapko apna ahar aur jeevan shaili Pitta aur Vata ko santulit karne ke liye badalna hoga. Avipattikar churna aur Yashtimadhu powder le kar aapke gale ki jalan ko kam karne mein madad mil sakti hai. Triphala churna ko raat mein garam paani ke sath lena aanton ko naram karne aur constipation door karne mein labhdayak hoga. Cooling aur sheetal bhojan, jaise khichdi, doodh, aur sabziyan jo pet par halka ho, ka sevan karein, aur teekha, masaledar, aur fried foods se doori banayein. Din bhar gunguna paani peena bhi upayogi hoga. Yogic asan, jaise Pawanmuktasana, bhi pachan tantra ko majboot banane mein madadgar rahenge.

Gale ki jalan aur cough ki baat karen toh ye Pitta dosha ka imbalance lagta hai. Pitta, jab vikrut hota hai, tab acid reflux aur burning sensation la sakta hai. Tongue pe jalan bhi is problem ka indication hai. Isme thoda analysis zaroori hai, kyunki kabhi-kabhi viruddh aahar se bhi aisa halka-fulka irritation ho sakta hai.
Abha upchar ki baat karte hain... Ajwain aur saunf ka use karein. Ajwain ko thoda paani mein bhigo ke subah le sakte hain; help karega khi apke digestion aur reduce acid formation mein. Saath hi, gudh neembu (gud aur lemon) bhi ek dosa hai isme faidamand ho sakti hai, bas dhyan rahe na ki koi excess na kare.
Constipation ka case jara sa alag hai. Isme toh aapko pehle toh fiber-intake badhana hoga. Ashwagandha aur amla ka daily sevya bhi constipation ke issues ko manage karne mein help karega. Iske ilawa, triphala powder raat mein le sakte hain, ek chamach gungune paani ke sath, bas ek note hai yeh ki yeh continue use karte na rahe.
