I am really worried about my health right now. I’ve been feeling super sluggish and honestly kinda hopeless lately. Just last week, I went to my doctor because I was having these weird pains in my stomach, and even though they ran a bunch of tests, they said everything's normal. Ugh, like why do I still feel this way? A friend mentioned that Sitaram Karimpirumpadi Kashayam could be helpful for my issues, but I haven’t really tried anything like Ayurvedic medicine before.
