I am struggling with some ongoing digestive issues, and I came across this thing called Vaidyaratnam Pootheekaranjasavam while doing some research. Been feeling bloated and uncomfortable for weeks – ugh! My diet’s kinda all over, I've tried cutting out dairy and gluten but things don’t seem to change much. I feel like my stomach is just revolting all the time. My doctor says stress could be a cause, but I've been doing meditation or whatever and still no results. I read about Vaidyaratnam Pootheekaranjasavam and how it’s supposed to help with digestive health. Has anyone used this or actually know if it works? I wonder what the proper way to take it is?
