I am really confused about this whole situation with Sitaram Thikthakam Kashayam. For the past six months maybe, I’ve been dealing with severe digestive issues, like, bloating and inconsistant bowel movements. I've tried so many things, including changing my diet and taking these over-the-counter meds, but nothing seems to work! My friend, who swears by Ayurvedic treatments, mentioned Sitaram Thikthakam Kashayam and said it's some sort of miracle for gut health. I honestly didn’t know what to think at first but I am feeling kinda desperate because, you know, the uncomfortableness just won't go away. Anyway, does anyone have any experiences with Sitaram Thikthakam Kashayam? Like, did it really help you or was it just a waste of time? I also read it can, like, detoxify the body? Is that true? I’m curious because I feel like I could use a cleanse or something, but I’m not sure if that’s really what I need right now. I also don’t want to mess up my digestive tract more than it already is. Should I really give Sitaram Thikthakam Kashayam a shot? Would love to hear your thoughts, and any tips would be super helpful!
