I am looking for some real advice on Everest Lodhrasavam. I’ve been dealing with digestion issues for quite a while; it's just super frustrating. My stomach bloats after almost every meal, no matter what I eat it seems. And sometimes I even get weird little cravings for stuff that I know isn't great for me! Last month, I went to the doctor, and they mentioned I might have some imbalances, maybe like Pitta or something. They threw around terms like "ama" which confused the heck outta me. I heard about Everest Lodhrasavam from a friend who's into Ayurveda, and they swear by it for similar issues. I’m curious though, like, is it really worth it?
