Weak pelvic muscles and digestive issues can be quite interlinked, especially when considering the Ayurvedic perspective. It sounds like Vata imbalance is primarily at play here, exacerbating dryness and leading to constipation. Until your physiotherapy resumes, you can integrate some Ayurvedic practices that may help stimulate regular bowel movements.

Triphala is renowned in Ayurveda for its gentle yet effective support in regularizing bowel movements. You can take 1 teaspoon of Triphala churna with warm water before bedtime. It not only aids digestion but also nourishes and strengthens the tissues over time without the dependency typical of many laxatives. If Triphala is too stimulating, try taking only half a teaspoon initially.

Since you’re experiencing chronic anxiety and urticaria, both linked to Vata and Pitta imbalances, adopting a daily Abhyanga (oil massage) with sesame oil can ground the nervous system. Warm the oil slightly and apply it before showering, allowing your skin to absorb it for about 15 minutes. This practice can stabilize Vata and promote relaxation, which is vital given your history of anxiety.

Incorporate dietary changes to lubricate and nourish the body. Cooked vegetables seasoned with ghee and a pinch of hing (asafoetida) can be beneficial. Ghee serves as a gentle laxative while also supporting digestion. Avoid cold, raw foods which may aggravate Vata.

Ensure you’re hydrating well, especially starting the morning with a glass of warm water. It helps wake up the digestive system. If possible, add a squeeze of lemon for additional digestive support.

Practices like Pranayama or Yoga Nidra can harmonize the mind-body system, soothing the anxiety and aiding in overall bowel health. If you can, practice deep breathing exercises daily.

Consider Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) as part of a gentle yoga routine to strengthen lower back muscles. Start slowly and gradually, ensuring no discomfort during the process. Opt for regularity in your routine; consistency is crucial for noticeable improvements.

For acute symptom management until your appointments, continue working with health professionals, especially given you’ve incorporated allopathic medicines successfully earlier for anxiety. Continued collaboration ensures holistic management of your conditions.

For your current situation, where a weak pelvic muscle issue and constipation persist, some immediate steps can help. Since you cannot start physiotherapy or undergo panchakarma for another 15 days, you can begin with simple Ayurvedic measures.

First, addressing your digestive fire, or agni, is crucial. Try including warm water with a spoonful of ginger juice and lemon in your morning routine. This can naturally stimulate digestion. Consume a teaspoon of triphala churna with warm water before bed. It can gently help with bowel movements without harsh laxatives.

Consider integrating ashwagandha in your daily regimen, especially since anxiety is a concern. Ashwagandha can help balance vata dosha and supports stress reduction, further helping to calm down any agni disturbance due to anxiety. Take it in the form of churna or capsules, as per convenience.

Avoid excessive raw or cold foods, prefer cooked and warm meals. Foods like ghee, moong dal (lentil soup), and basmati rice can be particularly balancing and supportive of digestion.

For urticaria, keeping a food diary to track triggers and avoid them would be wise, as allergies often have a digestive component. Neem capsules or applying neem oil can also be beneficial, supporting skin health and reducing urticaria.

Since you’re dealing with weak pelvic muscles, try to include mild yoga practices focused on the pelvic area like malasana (garland pose). Ensure these are gentle and comfortable for you.

Finally, always listen to your body. If your symptoms worsen, see immediate medical attention. These steps could be a supportive bridge till you can start with your therapies.
