I am really struggling with this gastritis thing. I've had this nagging pain in my stomach for months now—like a burning feeling that won’t seem to go away! I went to the doc, and they gave me some meds, but honestly, I feel like I need to figure out how to cure gastritis permanently at home. I’ve tried cutting back on spicy food and eating more bland meals, but some days it’s still rough, like last week, I went out for dinner – just a simple taco – and I paid for it the whole night. Ugh, the bloating and pain were just terrible! I’ve read a bunch of stuff online about natural remedies, like ginger tea and probiotics, but I'm not really sure how exactly to use them or if they really work. Is there a certain way to prepare ginger for gastritis or any home remedies that really help? I've also heard about some oils or other veggies being good, but how do I incorporate those into my daily meals without going crazy? I'm just desperate to find out how to cure gastritis permanently at home because I’ve tried so many things already!
