Ling ka hard na hona ya time thoda kam rehna, ye baatein thoda tension de sakti hain, par chinta mat kariye. Ayurveda me isko samjhne k liye dosha imbalances ko pata karna zaroori hota hai. Ye behtar hoga ki apka vata, pitta, aur kapha balance ko dekha jaye kyunki ye sari cheezein aapke overall sexual health ko prabhavit kar sakti hain.

Sabse pehle aapke khan-paan aur jeevan shaili me kuch parivartan jaruri hain. Apne diet me badam, akhrot aur kashewnuts jaise dry fruits shamil karein. Ye ling ko takat dete hain. Aapko khush rahne aur tanav dur karne k liye meditation daily karna chahiye, wo bhi kum se kum 15-20 minutes.

Ab agni ko majboot banane k liye, apni digestion strong kijiye. Har khane ke baad hing aur jeera ek choti chamach khud peedh lein. Ye aapki digestive health ko improve karne me madad karega. Proper digestion se bhi libido mein sudhar aata hai.

Ashwagandha ek bahut hi powerful herb hai jise liya ja sakta hai. Aap 500 mg ki goli din me do baar le sakte hain. Ab chote chote cut hone ka masla hai toh kaam karte waqt tezi na karein aur dhyan se karein. Coconut oil se massage bhi helpful ho sakti hai.

Aap talvaar ke maidan me utro lekin shant dimag ke saath. Kabhi-kabhi mentle block bhi is tarah ki mushbilya khadi kar dete hain.
