I am really curious about gond katira. For the past month, I’ve been feeling kind of off. Like, my digestion is all over the place, and I’ve been experiencing these weird cravings for something different. At my last visit to the doctor, they said my gut could use some help. Anyway, a friend of mine mentioned gond katira and said I should try it. I honestly hadn’t even heard of it until then! What are the health benefits of gond katira?
