I am really confused about how to take shilajit. I’ve been hearing about its benefits for energy and overall health, but with all the info out there, I’m kinda overwhelmed. I found this brand of shilajit resin at my local health store, and I bought it... but I don’t wanna mess it up, since people say it’s super potent. Like, do I just melt it in water or mix it with something? I read some stuff say to take only a pea-sized amount, but then other articles were saying more could be better. How to take shilajit safely and effectively to really feel those benefits? Plus, how long does it usually take to kick in? Also, does it mix well with any particular drinks? Had tried honey too, thinking it might help but not sure how to get the right balance.
