Constant Gas and Bloating with Chest Discomfort - #47161

I feel gassy almost all the time. Whatever I eat causes gas and bloating. I feel severe discomfort and pressure in my chest, sometimes like a heart attack. Once the gas is released, I feel relief.

1. Ashtachoornam 1/2 spoon with butter milk at lunch time before food. 2. Hinguvachadi choorna 1/2 tsp before food twice a day at morning and evening.
Do regular exercises. Gentle walking after every meal. Pavanmuktasana, vajrasana cobra pose etc.
Take CCF tea after every meal
