Hello Doctor, I have dishydrotic eczema since a month and a half, have been doing Neem soaks and taking neem and tuermic shots in hot water butnew boils keep coming. What do I do to: 1. Stop new boils from coming 2. Geeting new skin back, the skin isn't healing to it's original form in where the boils happened and I lost my skin.

If you notice any specific triggers, avoid it. Some people will develop this due to eating chocolates, nuts. Stress is also a main factor for this.
Do pranayama. Wash your hand with gentle cleanser and apply eladi cream. You can also use vibha soap for hand wash.
You can take some immunity booster long with this. 1. Aragwadharishtam 10ml twice daily after food. 2. Geriforte tablet once daily after food.
