1) Grahani / IBS Control (stool frequency + mucus)

✅ Kutajghan Vati

Dose: 2 tablets BD

Time: after meals

Duration: 30 days

✅ Bilva Avaleha / Bilwadi Lehyam

Dose: 1 tsp BD

Time: after meals

Anupan: lukewarm water

Duration: 30 days

✅ Dadimashtaka Churna

Dose: ½ tsp BD

Time: after meals

Duration: 30 days

2) Ulcer / Burning / Gastritis (Amlapitta)

✅ Avipattikar Churna

Dose: 1 tsp HS

Time: bedtime

Anupan: lukewarm water

Duration: 21 days

✅ Yashtimadhu (Mulethi) Churna

Dose: ½ tsp BD

Time: 30 min before meals

Anupan: normal water / milk (if tolerated)

Duration: 30 days

✅ Kamdudha Ras (Mukta Yukta)

Dose: 1 tablet BD

Time: before meals

Duration: 14–21 days

3) Gas + Bloating + Digestion

✅ Hingwashtak Churna

Dose: ¼ tsp (2–3 g) BD

🧘 Yoga & Lifestyle (daily)

Morning (15–20 min)

Vajrasana after meals (10 min)

Pawanmuktasana – 2 sets

Bhujangasana – 5 rounds

Pranayama

Anulom Vilom 10 min

Sheetali/Sheetkari 5 min (ulcer/pitta)

1 tsp each boil in water, sip warm after meals

2. Pomegranate peel powder (if mucus/loose stool)
