Concerns About Late Period After Starting Shatavari - #49629

I started taking shatavari earlier this month and loving how balanced it has made me feel. However, my period hasn't shown up yet and will be 5days late as of tomorrow. I haven't taken a pregnancy test, so that could be a possibility, although I do not think that is it. Is it possible the shatavari could have extended the length of my cycle?

-Yes, it is possible that shatavari could have lengthened your cycle, even if you were always regular before.
- Still, if there’s any chance of pregnancy, take a test just to rule it out. If your period doesn’t show within a week or so, then stop shatavari.
