Seeking Remedies for Chronic Constipation and Digestive Support - #49738

I am 63 yrs old male. Seeking Remedies for Digestive Support chronic Constipation, Vata Imbalance, Gas and bloating, Boost metabolism. I have tried all fibre diet, Hiratiki powder,rashayana,millets food and its ambli, triphala, all works for few days them after not work. I have diagnosed with parkinson diseases (Kampvata) and taking allopathic medicine in low dose. This disease is vats dosa in Ayurvedic. I am too much frustrated with this issue lease guide. I am strictly following dieat. And do yoga regular.

HELLO, I onderstaand how frustrating chronic constipation can be, especially with Parkinson’s (kampavata), where Vata aggravation is the root cause. In your case, this is Pakvashaya-gata vata (colon dryness + slow motility) with neurological bowel component. MAIN PRINCIPLE :- Snigdha + mridu + vatanulomana (Don’t overuse dry fibre- focus on lubrication + nervous system support) Sincefiber, triphala etc worked only temporarily your colon likely needs oleation, not more scraping. INTERNAL MEDICATION Morning (empty stomach) -Gandharvahastadi Eranda taila= 1 tsp in warm milk OR -Castor oil 1 tsp in warm milk 2-3 times per week, not daily Best for vata constipation in parkinson’s AFTER FOOD (twice daily) -HINGWASTAKA CHURNA= 1/4 tsp with first bite of food + little ghee For gas, bloating, vata anulomana AT BEDTIME -AVIPATTIKAR CHURNA= 1/2 tsp with warm water OR -TRIPHALA GUGGULU= 2 tabs IF VERY DRY STOOL -Add 1 tsp cow ghee in warm milk at night daily MOST IMPORTANT= OIL MASSAGE Daily before bath -Warm sesame oil -massage abdomen clockwise 10 mins -apply oil on soles + ears This calms systemic vata (very important in kampavata) DIET -warm soft rice + moong dal khichdi with ghee -stewed soaked black raisins 7-10 morning -coooked vegetables only- bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin -1 tsp ghee in each meal -warm water only no cold water AVOID -millets daily too drying for vata at your age -excess raw salad -dry roasted foods -too much fibre supplements FOR METABOLISM BOOST MORNING -1 slice ginger + pinch rock salt before lunch OR -jeera + ajwain + fennel boiled water sip warm Avoid strong deepana like trikatu regularly (will aggravate vata) YOGA -pawanmuktasana series very important -Malasana yogic squatting -Vajrasana after meals -Gentle kapalbhati very mild only PARKINSON’S SUPPORT -Ashwagandha ksheerpaka at night if digestion tolerates 30 ml -OR KSheerbala taille 101- 5 drops internally HOW LONG? Patupanchakadi gulika 1-0-1 after food. 2. Gandharvahasthadi kashaya 10ml + 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily before food. 3. Medhya gulika 1 at night.
