From past a year eating aftr 6.30 give severe gas does nt pass an abdomen pain aftr 1 at night.Evn aftr bowel pass pain does nt stop.Going on frm a year every ten days

You should do: Ultrasound abdomen LFT Amylase/Lipase H. pylori test if possible 🌿 Immediate Ayurvedic Support (Safe Trial) ✔️ 1. Hing + Warm Water A pinch of hing in warm water after dinner. ✔️ 2. Ajwain + Black Salt 1 tsp roasted ajwain after dinner. ✔️ 3. Early Light Dinner Before 6:30 PM Only: Moong dal khichdi Vegetable soup Soft phulka Avoid: Rajma Chole Curd at night Fried food Raw salad at dinner Tea after 5 PM ✔️ 4. Trikatu Churna (Small dose) Before dinner to improve agni (only if no burning). 🕯 Very Important Habit After dinner: 10–15 min slow walking Do NOT lie down immediately Sleep on left side
