HELLO, Based on the symptoms described chronic hard stools, rectal tearing, piles, severe bloating after eating, and history of repeated antibiotics, this pattern in Ayurveda usually reflects a combination of -Vata aggravation in large intestine -weak digestive fire -toxic undigested metabolites -gut microbiome disturbance after antibiotics -Apana Vata obstruction leading to constipation and gas retention ROOT CAUSE IN AYURVEDA Antibiotics often disturb gut flora and weaken digestion In Ayurvedic terms -Agni becomes weak -Food fermentes-> produces ama + gas -vata increases in colon -colon becomes dry-> hard stools -straining-> piles and fissues GOALS -restore agni -remove ama -lubricate colon -normalize Apana Vata -rebuild gut flora DIET MOST IMPORTANT MORNING EMPTY STOMACH warm water with -1 tsp ghee -pinch dry ginger OR -warm water + 1 tsp soaked raisins This softens stools naturally FOODS TO INCLUDE -warm cooked meals only -moong dal khichdi -steamed vegetables -bottle gourd -pumpkin -ridge gourd -papaya -black raisins soaked overnight -buttermilk with roasted cumin -cow ghee -sesame oil -small amount of butter AVOID -raw salads -cabbage -cauliflower -chickpeas -rajma -fermented junk foods -excess tea, coffee -bakery foods -cold drinks -dry foods -reheated food Also avoid eating late night INTERNAL MEDICATIONS 1) GUT MICROBIOME RESTORATION Take probiotic + digestive herbs MORNING -buttermilk + roasted jeera +black salt OR -VLS probiotic 2) FOR BLOATING -Hingwastala churna= 1/2 tsp with warm water after meals =reduce gas, improves digestion, relieves bloating 3) FOR HARD STOOLS -Triphala 1 tsp + ghee in warm water before bedtime =this lubricates the colon IF SEVERE CONSTIPATION -AVIPATTIKAR CHURNA= 1/2 tsp at night with warm. water COLON LUBRICATION THERAPY Dry colon is the biggest issue here DRINK EVERY NIGHT -1 tsp cow ghee in warm milk This works like an Ayurvedic stool softener PILES MANAGEMENT -ARSHOGINI VATI= 2 tabs twice daily after meals Also apply Jatyadi oil -externally if fissure present 6) GAS AND HEAVY BLOATING RELIEF Make this simple digestive drink -boil in 2 cups water -1/2 tsp ajwain -1/2 tsp jeera -pinch hing Reduce to 1 cup Drink after meals This helps gas move downward ABDOMINAL MASSAGE Before sleep massage abdomen with warm sesame oil clockwise for 5 minutes This improves bowel movement YOGA -pawanmuktasana -malasana -vajrasanna After meals -anulom vilom pranayam These regulate Apana Vata IMPROTANT GUT HEALING RASAYANA After 2 weeks of digestion correction Take aloe vera juice 20 ml morning empty stomach =colon healing, piles, constipation EXPECTED RECOVERY PROPERLY -Gas improvement= 7-10 days -softer stool= 10-15 days -Piles relief= 3-4 weeks -gut microbiome recovery= 2-3 months BEST AYURVEDIC PROBIOTIC FOODS Instead of capsule try -fresh homemade buttermilk -kanji -fermented rice These naturally restore gut flora Your symptoms strongly suggest post antibiotic gut dysbiosis + vata correction which Ayurveda treats effectively by agni restoration + colon lubrication DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU
