Client_7f24d9

My bowels get so hard even after eating soft home cooked food that tears apart my rectum and another issue is excessive bloating after every bite that makes my gas so heavy that I can’t pass. Pls suggest some pre and probiotics because I think this all issue started after my dentist gave me antibiotics before every visit. Because of hard bowels I have developed severe piles also , I also take isabgol and home remedies but colon bloating has wrecked my health.

- More than 6 months

Thanks so much for clarifying this! I had no idea mixing meds could be risky. I'll stick to my doctor's meds and look into Ayurveda separately.
