Hello, developmental issues, when detected early, can improve treatment outcomes. What about other milestones like holding, grasping etc., will she stand up with support or try to crawl away herself? Does she make eye contact? Do you remember any specific incidents after the 6-month mark that contributed to these changes? Please consult a pediatric expert soon because faster intervention will help improve the baby’s quality of life. also let the baby take saraswatha ghrta and rajanyadi choorna. saraswatha ghrta 2 gm evey morning and rajanyadi choorna with honey a small pinch before meals. these increase neurological health including speech development.

—Your child has Global Developmental Delay, which means her development in areas like sitting, walking, and speaking is slower than expected for her age. Since she was normal until about 6 months, we need to do some tests and start early therapies like physiotherapy and speech therapy. Early treatment can help improve her development, so it’s important to consult a ayurvedic pediatric specialist

Namaste, Global developmental delay means a child is slower in reaching milestones like sitting, crawling, standing, or speech. Since your daughter was developing normally until 6 months, it is important to evaluate the cause carefully. Simple steps that may help: Consult a pediatric neurologist or developmental specialist for proper assessment and guidance. Start early intervention therapies such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech stimulation. Encourage play-based activities, talking to the child frequently, and interactive games to stimulate development. Provide balanced nutrition and a regular daily routine with proper sleep. Since she shows interest in toys and activities, this is a positive sign and early therapy can sometimes help improve developmental progress. Ayurvedic medicines sometimes used to support brain and nervous system development include: Brahmi – traditionally used to support cognitive and nervous system function. Ashwagandha – sometimes used to support strength and overall development. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.

HELLO, Your daughters symptoms- no crawling, standing, speech, poor sitting, and no response to name after 6 months of normal development- indicates severe global development delay. This condition requires immediate evaluation by a paediatric neurologist, because some causes metabolic disorders, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder , genetic condition, hearing impairment etc must be rule out early Kindly do investigation and rule out the exact problem then you can consult paediatrician as 6 month old is very small child without examining treatment is not possible THANK YOU
