Regarding your concern, Premature greying is often linked to high stress, poor nutrition, or genetics. Basic aim is to bring imbalanced vata and pitta doshas to normalcy. Advice: 1.Gooseberry juice: 3–4 teaspoons (roughly 10-20 ml) once a day, preferably on an empty stomach, diluted with water. 2.Bhringarajasava 25ml diluted with equal quantity of boiled and cooled water twice daily after food 3.Aswagandha tablet 2 at night bedtime 4.Narasimha rasayana 1 tablespoon morning empty stomach followed by warm milk intake 5.kesaranjini thailam for scalp massage half an hour
before headwash 6.boil water with amla and do headwash after it is cooled
