Struggling with Acne and Lactose Intolerance During Periods - #51990

I have serious acne & acne scar issues both face and back. I become lactose intolerant during my periods & my face acne also flares up which takes forever to clear with topical creams. I also have chronic bacne. For more details: Prone to cold hands and feet compared to others (depends on surrounding temp.) I always have runny nose like symptom first thing in morning or when exposed to even slight cold. Could you recommend a basic necessary treatment? I am assuming I'll need proper detox. Currently a phd student in so schedule and diet are messed up. So something basic 1-2 things to include in morning? Also I have trouble finding pure veg food where I am so cannot avoid it on daily basis. Thank you

Morning Detox Drink 👉 take empty stomach 5–7 fresh neem leaves (or ½ tsp neem powder) 1 pinch turmeric warm water warm water + ½ tsp turmeric + few drops lemon ✔ clears Rakta (blood) ✔ reduces inflammation & acne flare ✔ helps bacne also 🔹 Option 1 (Best overall) Mahamanjisthadi Kwath – 15 ml + 15 ml water, morning empty stomach ✔ blood purifier ✔ works on scars + active acne 🔹 option 2 (If digestion weak / bloating present) Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tab after breakfast ✔ corrects liver + hormones ✔ helps period-related acne 👉 If you want ultra-simple: just take Mahamanjisthadi Kwath + neem water → enough to start 🌿 simple paste (3x/week) Mix: multani mitti neem powder Rose water 👉 apply on face & back 👉 wash after 15 min ✔ reduces oil + inflammation ✔ helps scars gradually 🩸 1. Period-related flare Avoid: milk / paneer during periods fried + spicy food 🌬️ 2. Cold sensitivity + runny nose avoid cold water, curd at night take warm water only 🍽️ 3.
