How to Recover My Skin After Stopping Melacare Cream? - #52077

I was using melacare cream. It's been 1 year while using and now I stop using my face becoming dark small white red pimple are coming my skin becoming worse it's been 11 days i stop using how can I recover my skin usking natural remedies

Melacare cream should not be used for more than 6weeks or without dermatologist advise. If used inappropriately it leads to darkening of skin - exposure to sun without applying sunscreen further worsens the skin condition. What next ? Follow a healthy diet, lifestyle. Avoid direct sun exposure. Cleanse your face with Triphala kashaya - Add 1tsf of triphala to 1 glass of water - boil, cool, filter and use this with a cotton swab to gently cleanse the skin. Do this once a day. Apply swarnamukhi face cream at night. Use a gentle facewash. Do not exfoliate. Tab Purim (Himalaya) 1-0-1 for 6 weeks. Follow up after 4 weeks.
