Marm chikitsa is an excellent supportive therapy will likely provide significant relief from severe pain your experience in but for long term improvement it should be paired with internal medicine 1) lakshadi gugglu-2 tab twice daily after meal with milk or warm water 2) shallaki capsule- 1 capsule twice daily after meal

Where there is degeneration of soft tissue and reduction of synovial fluid, it is mainly a vata aggravated state affecting the joints Marma chikitsa can definitely help in reducing pain, improving mobility and activating healing, but it alone may not completely reverse structural degeneration. It should be combined with internal nourishment and external therapy you can start with Ksheerabala 101 avarti capsule one capsule twice daily after meals Yograj guggulu one tablet twice daily after food Sahacharadi kashayam 15 ML with equal water twice daily Ksheerabala taila to be massage regularly With consistent treatment, pain can reduce and function can improve gradually

Marma Chikitsa can help reduce pain, stiffness, and swelling in osteoarthritis, but it does not “cure” the degeneration of cartilage or restore dried synovial fluid. It is best seen as a supportive therapy for pain management and mobility. Ayurvedic medicines: - Yograj Guggulu (2 tablets twice daily with warm water) - Maharasnadi Kashayam (15 ml decoction twice daily with equal water) - Ostoact (2 tablets twice daily with warm water) - Mahanarayana taila- massage with warm oil twice daily followed by hot fomentation

Marma chikitsa alone may not be sufficient It should be combined with internal medicines external oil therapies and lifestyle support for better results You can use Mahanarayana taila for local massage which helps in lubrication and reducing stiffness Internally take Yograj guggulu twice daily Maharasnadi kwath 15 ml with equal water twice daily physiotherapy to be done regularly include warm nourishing foods with good fats like ghee and avoid dry cold and processed foods With Marma chikitsa along with these supportive measures pain can reduce stiffness can improve and joint function can become better

Marma chikitsa will give you relief from pain, but the degeneration that has occurred, will need oral medication. Ayurvedic medicines: - Yograj Guggulu 1-0-1 after food with water - Maharasnadi Kwath 10ml. -0-10ml. After food with water - Ostoact 1-0-0 after food with water - Mahanarayana taila + Myaxyl oil massage with warm oil
Avoid sour fermented foods.

–Marma Chikitsa may help with: Pain relief Muscle relaxation Improving circulation around joints Reducing stiffness temporarily 👉 But it cannot “cure” osteoarthritis, especially when there is: cartilage degeneration (“soft tissue damage”) reduced synovial fluid (“joint lubrication loss”) Osteoarthritis is a progressive degenerative condition, meaning the structural damage cannot currently be reversed by any therapy—Ayurvedic or modern – so there is need of internal medicine also

Namaste, Osteoarthritis occurs due to wear and tear of joints, reduced synovial fluid, and degeneration of tissues. It is usually a chronic condition, so complete cure may be difficult, but symptoms can be managed and improved. Marma Chikitsa can help in some cases by improving circulation, reducing pain, and relaxing muscles, but it is usually part of a combined approach, not a standalone cure. Simple measures that may help: Avoid excess strain on joints and heavy activities. Do gentle exercises and physiotherapy regularly to maintain joint mobility. Use warm oil massage (like sesame oil) and mild heat therapy to reduce stiffness. Maintain a healthy weight, as excess weight increases joint stress. Take warm, nourishing, and easily digestible food. Combining therapies like physiotherapy, lifestyle care, and supportive treatments usually gives better results. Ayurvedic medicines sometimes used to support joint health include: Yograj Guggulu – traditionally used to support joint pain and stiffness. Maharasnadi Kashayam – sometimes used to support joint mobility and reduce inflammation. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.

Hello, It cannot completely cure advanced osteoarthritis, especially when there is degeneration of cartilage and reduced synovial fluid, but Marma chikita + Ayurvedic management can significantly reduce pain, improve mobility, and slow progression Ayurvedic view -long duration (> 6months)= chronic stage -severe pain (7-9)= vata aggravation degenerated tissue + dryness= dhatu kshaya + drying So treatment focus = vata pacification + lubricatinon + tissue nourishment Role of Marma chikitsa -stimulates every points -> improves circulation and nerve signaling -reduces pain and stiffness -works best when combined with other therapies not alone Hlepful for -pain relief -better joint movement Not sufficient alone to rebuild cartilage fully Internal management 1) Mahayogaraj guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =reduces vata and pain 2) Dashmola kashaya= 20ml + equal water twice daily before meals =anti inflammatory 3) Ashwagandha churna= 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime =tissue nourishment 4) Hadjod capsule = 1 cap twice daily after meals =supports joint structure 5) Mahatikta Ghrita = 1 tsp 10 ml in mroning =for lubrication External therapies 1) Oil massage with = mahanarayan taila 2) Followed by warm steam after massage Diet very crucial -warm, moist, oily foods -cow ghee small daily dose -milk with turmeric -soups bone broth if non veg Avoid -dry, cold, stale food -excess tea, coffeee -junk and packaged foods Lifestyle -getle yoga= pawanmuktasana series -light stretching daily -maintain healthy weight Avoid -excess walking + stair climbing -sitting long hours Since you already tried physiotherapy -continue light strengthening exercises -combine with Ayurveda-> best outcomes Timeline and expectations -pain relief= 3-6 weeks -mobility improvement= 6-12 weeks -stabilization of condition= 3-6 months Structural reversal is limited, but function can improve a lot Honeslty -Marma alone= partial relief -combine ayurvedic plan= significant improvement possible -Early and consistent treatment= better results Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
