✓Prescription 1. Kaishore Guggulu Dosage: 2 tablets twice daily. Time: After food with warm water. 2. Arogyavardhini Vati Dosage: 1 tablet twice daily. Time: After food. 3. Maharasnadi Decoction (Tablet Form) Dosage: 2 tablets twice daily. Time: Before food with warm water. ✓External Therapy and diet Dry Heat Therapy: Because she feels feverish and has active inflammation, strictly avoid all oil massages. Instead, apply dry heat using a heated sandbag or a thick cloth bundle filled with heated rock salt over the painful knee and joints. Dietary Restrictions: Strictly avoid sour foods, curd, fermented items, and cold drinks. These trigger both the joint pain in cold weather and cause uric acid spikes. 1.Tab Heposem 1 tab twice daily with water after meals 2.Amruthotharam kwath tablets 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 3.RG Forte tablets 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 4.Maharasnadi kwath 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals 5.Mahanarayan taila- massage with warm oil followed by hot fomentation Diet Tips---- Favor light, warm, cooked foods: moong dal, khichdi, green leafy vegetables. Avoid cold, oily, fried, and heavy foods — they increase Ama and worsen arthritis. Include garlic, ginger, turmeric in cooking for anti-inflammatory effect. Limit red meat, alcohol, excess pulses (they aggravate uric acid and liver load). Drink lukewarm water throughout the day.

Hello, Your mother’s case is amavata (rheumatoid arthritis with vata+ ama + inflammation, plus fatty liver and occassional high uric acid) So management should be joint inflammation control + ama reduction + liver support + vata balancing Ayurvedic view -rheumatoid arthritis= ama vata (toxins+ aggravated vata in joints) -knee arthritis pain= sandhigata vata -feverish feeling without fever= ama circulation/inflammatory state -uric acid tendency= vatarakta overlap -fatty liver= pitta kapha imbalance affecting metabolism Treatment= ama digestion + inflammation reduction + joint nourishment + liver correction Internal medication A) For rheumatoid arthritis + inflammation 1) Amruthotharam kwath tablet= 2 tabs twice daily before meals =hellps in amavata, inflammation, feverish feeling, body ache 2) Maharasnadi kwath tablet= 2 tab twice daily before meals =for chronic joint pain, stiffness , vata disorders, knee pain B) For knee joint support = pain 3) Dhanwantaram gulika= 1 tab twice daily after meals =supports vata related joint pain, weakness, body aches, helpful in chronic musculoskeletal pain C) For faty liver + metabolic support 4 ) Heposem tablet= 1 tab twice daily after meals =for fatty liver support and metabolic correction, helps because poor metabolism often worsen inflamamtory disorders External treatment very important for RA 5) Murivenna oil -warm oil massage over knee , joint daily -especially helpful in cold weather stiffness -follow with mild hot fomentation Diet 50% of results -warm, light foods -moong dal khichdi, dry ginger, turmeric -cooked vegetables -warm water through day Avoid -curd especially night -cold foods, refriegerated foods -rajma, chole, heavy fried foods -sour fermented foods -red meat important if uric acid rises in RA, ama producing foods worsen pain Lifestyle -avoid cold exposure -keep joints warm -gentle mobility/yoga dail -avoid day sleep -regular bowel mvoement important Expected results -3-4 weeks= less stiffness, less feverish body ache -6-8 weeks= inflammation and pain reduce -3 months= deeper correction in chronic RA do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

Namaste, Your mother’s condition suggests Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) with inflammation, stiffness, and occasional feverish feeling, along with fatty liver and uric acid tendency. This is typically a mix of Ama (toxins) + Vata imbalance, so treatment should focus on reducing inflammation + improving metabolism. Simple understanding: Joint swelling, pain, morning stiffness → Ama + Vata Feverish feeling without fever → internal inflammation Fatty liver → metabolic imbalance (Agni weak) So treatment should be gentle detox + anti-inflammatory + joint support. Simple measures that may help: Avoid curd, cold foods, fried items, and heavy diet Prefer warm, light, freshly cooked food Use dry ginger, garlic, turmeric in cooking Encourage regular gentle movement (don’t keep joints inactive) Avoid daytime sleep Keep body warm, especially in cold weather Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Simhanada Guggulu – 1 tablet, twice daily after meals Rasnadi Kashayam – 15 ml with equal water, twice daily before meals Mahayograj Guggulu – 1 tablet, twice daily after meals External application: Mahanarayana Taila – apply warm on joints, twice daily These help in reducing inflammation, stiffness, and pain gradually. Since fatty liver is present, avoid very heavy or oily medicines and monitor digestion. Improvement is gradual (6–12 weeks) with consistency. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.
