Hello I can understand your pain which is chronic and left sided sciatic pain along with hip tendinitis despite of you following a very healthy lifestyle It is irritating when pain keep on flaring again and again But dont worry this is manageable with proper ayurvedic treatment ▪️For your understanding This condition correlates with gridhrasi(Sciatica) And also Snayu shotha that is inflammation in tendon Thyroid imbalance can further cause -slow down the metabolism -and can cause weakness in the tissue ▪️despite doing all why your pain is not improving? Despite doing -Regular Exercise -Diet control The pain is persisting it may be due to -Over exertion may increase the vata dosha -main thing which you are not doing is oil massage -you are not focusing on nerve inflammation ▪️So out treatment should focus on -Balancing vata -Reducing inflammation -and also nourishing the tendons -targeting nerve strength ▪️Ayurvedic Plan of treatment ➖Yogaraj guggulu
1 tablet twice daily after food ➖ Dashmoolaristha 30 ml twice daily after food ➖Gt capsules 2 at bed time Helps in reducing inflammation ▪️External Treatment -very important Mahanarayana taila Daily do a massage on lower back, hips and legs Also do hot water bag fomentation ▪️Panchakarma If your pain is severe And after 15 days medication and oil massage if pain persists Please do panchakarma therapies This will help you significantly -Kati basti - this is a therapy with oil pulling on lower back -Basti therapy (medicated enema) Best treatment for Sciatica ▪️Diet plan Include -Warm and freshly prepared food -ghee 1 tsp daily -soaked almonds -figs ➖Avoid -Cold food -raw salads -over exerting yourself ▪️Lifestyle change Modification is required in your exercise -Avoid HIIT exercise (high impact workouts) -Rather focus on Stretching and do gentle yoga -walking is ok but reduce the steps Your case of vata dominance and chronic You need more of nourishment and strengthening With regular medication and oil massage you will definately feel the relief Wishing you a good health😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

Your history of thyroid imbalance left sided sciatica with hip tendinitis and past gall bladder removal shows that the pain is likely due to nerve irritation with underlying inflammation and dryness affecting the lower back hip and leg region even though your lifestyle is quite active In such cases the focus is on reducing inflammation calming the nerve and improving lubrication in joints and tissues so that pain flare ups reduce Yogaraja guggulu one tablet twice daily after food helps reduce pain stiffness and improves joint mobility Dashmoolarishtam 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food helps reduce inflammation and supports nerve and muscle health Rasnadi kashayam 15 ml with equal water twice daily before food helps in sciatica pain and nerve related discomfort For external care regular application of Mahanarayana tailam on lower back hip and leg followed by gentle heat helps relieve pain stiffness and improves circulation Even though you are active avoid overexertion especially high impact workouts focus more on stretching strengthening of lower back and hip muscles and include rest days when pain flares Since gall bladder is removed digestion of fats can sometimes be affected so keep diet light warm and easy to digest avoid very heavy oily foods and maintain regular meal timings With consistent treatment and proper care pain gradually reduces and flare ups become less frequent over a few weeks to months

Hello, Your case is a classic combination of -sciatica -hip tendinitis/gluteal inflammation -along with thyroid related metabolism slowing Even though you are active and disciplined, the pain keeps flaring because Root cause -vata aggravation in lower back + hip pathway -muscle/ tendon inflammation around hip -thyroid imbalance slowing tissue recovery -overuse + excessive walking/ workout during inflammation phase Important Walking 8500 + steps and working out 5 days/week may currently be maintaining inflammation, not allowing healing In chronic sciatica + tendinitis Too much exercise can worsen nerve irritation Internal management 1) Yogaraj guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =best for chronic nerve + vata pain 2) Sahacharadi kashaya= 20ml + warm water twice daily before meals =excellent for sciatica radiating pain 3) Rasnasaptakam kashaya= 20ml + warm water twice daily after meals =reduces inflammation + stiffness Tendon + muscle recovery 4) Dhanwantaram gulika=.1 tab twice daily after meals =nerve nourishment + tendon healing External treatment most important -Karpasasthyadi tailam= warm application on low back, hip and leg daily Follow wtih -mild heat/steam -> This often the real game changer in sciatica Exercise modification very important continue movement But temporarily reduce -heavy lower back workouts -HIIT -excess stair climbing -long brisk walks during flare Better -gentle strectching -core strengthening -sciatica physiotherapy exercise -swimming if available Diet supports recovery -warm anti inflammatory foods -adequate protein -ghee in small amount Avoid -cold smoothies/protein drinks -excess raw foods -over fasting Thyroid connection Slight increase in thyroid dosage suggests metabolism instability If thyroid remains fluctuating -muscle inflammation persists -tendon inflammation persists Ensure regular thyroid monitoring Best panchakarma advised -Kati basti -patra pinda sweda -basti therapy main treatment for chronic sciatica Your pain is likely persisting because -chronic vata irritation -tendon inflammation -overloading despite active lifestyle Focus now -reduce inflammation -support nerves -modify exercise temporarily Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
