Doctors' responses

Please go for a stool examination. It can be IBS and don’t ignore the possibility of you developing an allergic reaction to gluten. Go for a Cbc,esr, IgA,hsCRP, LFT also. Your condition is comparable to grahani in ayurveda and can be treated accordingly. Reach out with investigation reports. Try taking kaiduryadi kashaya 15 ml twice daily before food mixed with 60 ml luke warm water and kutajarishta 10 ml thrice daily after food. It will improve your symptoms for now. Cbc esr and crp lft all are normal

Okay, have you taken an IgA test? And stool examination. Your concerns are mainly pointing at Ibs but we shouldn’t live any possibilities unexplored. May I know about your appetite?

Which stool test to take madam? Kindly advise. Appetite is more

Testing for Calprotectin, it is usually advised in case of severe diarrhea multiple times a day, may be followed with rectal bleeding. It will help differentiate between IBD and IBS. Also if you have done a usg share its findings also. Any history of doing colonoscopy?

From your current diet plan eliminate gluten and lactose for a week and observe for any changes also

Have done calprotectin test 6 months before at that time had two three stools per day and got value ranging 360 with no blood in stool. and at that time crp esr was 7.4 and 13. These after year long antibiotics intakes from various doctors. Recently I have taken blood test again two weeks before crp and esr are 1 and 9. Haven’t taken calprotectin again. Now only one motion per day happening. At that time stool was green yellow tinge now mostly yellow and brown. I made complete diet changes in past 6 months for this progress without any medicines.

Namaste, Your symptoms — long-standing loose stools, burning sensation, food intolerance, and irregular bowel pattern — indicate sensitive gut with pitta involvement along with digestion instability (grahani-type condition). The focus should be on stabilizing digestion, reducing gut sensitivity, and gradually improving tolerance to food. Avoid raw foods, excess fruits, salads, and high-fiber items for now, as they are triggering symptoms. Prefer simple, warm, freshly cooked food like rice, moong dal, thin khichdi, and well-cooked vegetables. Avoid spicy, sour, and fried foods. Take meals at regular timings and avoid overeating. Sip warm water and avoid cold drinks. Do not suppress urges and try to maintain a calm routine, as stress can worsen gut sensitivity. Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Kutajarishta – 15 ml with equal water, twice daily after food Dadimashtaka Churna – 1 teaspoon, twice daily with food Bilwadi Churna – 1 teaspoon, once daily with warm water These are traditionally used to regulate bowel movements, reduce burning sensation, and strengthen digestion when taken with proper diet. Avoid strong detox or fasting, as it can worsen gut sensitivity. With consistent care, bowel stability can improve over a few weeks, and food tolerance can gradually return. Consultation can help tailor this further to your needs.
