Good Morning I have been diagnosed with having diabetes, hypertention and high cholesterol. I have recently suffered an ischaemic stroke. Can you help me please. I want to take ayurvedic approach whilst taking modern medication and later ween my self off the modern medication. Thank you

For diabetes you can start with Glymin tablet For hypertension Start with normact tablet, when you start ayurvedic medicine, keep check on your sugar levels and blood pressure levels. For cholesterol you can start with liposem tablet Also add Heposem tablet Brahmi vati Brahmi grith for nasya Ksheera bala oil for full body massage once weekly Above recommended medication have the prescription with doses mentioned Besides these you have to also take Arjuna ghanvati 0-0-1 after dinner with water. Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily.
