Ayurveda mein ye condition aksar “mutrakrichra” (burning urination) ya pitta + vata imbalance se judi hoti hai
1)chandraprabha vati - 1 tab twice daily
2lgokshuradi guggulu - 1 tab twice daily
3)varunadi kwath -15-20 ml + warm water twice daily
Hydration Rule ( most important )
Daily 2.5-3 liters water

Since you are experiencing this from more than 6 months, it’s best to evaluate first and then start treatment.
Basic Tests needed:
USG - Abdomen and pelvis
Urine Routine examination.
Diet changes:
Avoid foods that increase body heat.
Keep yourself well hydrated.
Drink coconut water, barley water once a day.
Avoid spicy foods.
