Facing dry skin problem with rosacea type redness on cheeks.Actually earlier i was having all sorts of digestion problem,acidity,bloating,heaviness, loose stools,constipation. So i took yesterday only mong dal with chitrakadi vati & dadimashtaka so now all digestion problem is gone but motion is still loose.Appetite is good, bloating & everything gone.Dry skin also reduced but still littledryness left.Also reddess on cheeks is reduced but still little bit reddness is there.Now i am taking normal food not mong dal bcoz mong dal is causing dry mouth,body aches & light headedness also hunger in every 10 minutes.Pls tell what happened & what to do for skin & motion now.Currently only taking dadimashtaka & chitrakadi vati

●Licorice Helps balance the process of melanin production. Saffron Brightens and radiant skin. Red Sandalwood Useful for tanning and burns. Ruby Bhasma Described in Rasa Shastra for skin rejuvenation. Orange Peel: Natural Vitamin C Source. Multani Mitti: Deep cleansing and pore balancing.Mix the ubtan with aloe vera gel to form a paste. Then • Apply to the skin in gentle circular motions • Leave on for 15-20 minutes • Wash off with cold water Best time to use: evening. Do not apply before sun exposure. Use 3 times a week. ●For a natural glow, use Aloe Vera Gel - 1 teaspoon; Saffron - 2 strands Use: Rose water - 1/2 teaspoon Leave for 15-20 minutes and rinse with clean water. Benefits: Reduced dryness, balanced glow to the skin ●Night Ritual Kumkum Mada Oil (Amount: 3-4 drops) Method: Light massage before bed • Cell repair • Improves complexion • Reduces wrinkles ●Ingredients (equal amounts) Amhar (Indian gooseberry) Dried ginger - digestive, Pippali - digestive booster, beneficial for the digestive system Dried curry leaves - digestive juice stimulant Black pepper - anti-cough and anti-flatulence reliever Celery - anti-flatulence, anti-gas Cumin - digestive supporter, asafoetida - excellent anti-flatulence reliever. Make a fine powder of all and store it safely. ●Classical method of consumption Do Take 5 grams of powder, mix in a little cow’s ghee, and a pinch of rock salt. Consume with the first bite of food. Taking it with the first bite directly signals the digestive fire.

Apply yashti madhu Taila for face 4-5 drops and wash after 15 mins. Donot use harsh face wash or soaps. Use Multani mitti 1-2 times/ week application on face. Drink butter milk with jeera powder. Include coriander infused water and barley water, coconut water in daily routine. Avoid food like potato , chana, rajma, green peas, brinjal , fermented food, raw vegetables, curd.
