आपकी समस्या IBS, कब्ज, गैस, भूख न लगना और लिवर कमजोरी का एक combined रूप है, जो अफीम के लंबे उपयोग के बाद अग्नि मंदता (low digestion), आम (toxins) और Vata imbalance की वजह से हो रहा है। इसे step by step ठीक करना ज़रूरी है — पहले पाचन और अग्नि सुधरेगा, फिर लिवर और bowel धीरे-धीरे normalize होंगे। सुबह खाली पेट Arogyavardhini Vati 1 टैबलेट और Kumaryasava 15 ml + 15 ml पानी लें। यह लिवर को detox करता है, भूख बढ़ाता है और जलन कम करता है। दोपहर और रात के खाने के बाद Hingwashtak Churna ½ tsp गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें, इससे गैस और IBS symptoms कम होंगे। रात को सोने से पहले Triphala Churna 1 tsp गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें ताकि कब्ज ठीक हो और bowel साफ रहे। अगर जलन ज्यादा है तो Avipattikar Churna ½ tsp सुबह खाली पेट भी जोड़ें। दिनचर्या में सुबह गुनगुना पानी पिएं, खाने में थोड़ा घी जरूर लें, और तला हुआ, भारी, ठंडा और processed खाना पूरी तरह बंद करें। मूंग की खिचड़ी, हल्का गरम खाना और जीरा-सौंफ का पानी पाचन को ठीक करेगा। नींद और मानसिक स्थिति भी बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है, क्योंकि अफीम छोड़ते समय शरीर में Vata बढ़ता है जिससे गैस, anxiety और insomnia बढ़ते हैं। इसलिए रात को हल्दी वाला दूध या गुनगुना दूध लें और screen time कम रखें। 2–3 हफ्तों में भूख सुधरना शुरू होगी, गैस और जलन कम होंगे, और धीरे-धीरे bowel pattern stable हो जाएगा। Consistency बहुत जरूरी है।
