dear Sir i am an Army Veteran who served Siachin Glaciers 1979, In 1999 ideveloped Foraminal Stenosis ( L4L5 S1)2012 Necrotizing Fasciitis With Varicose Veins underwent 4 Major surgeries, 2019 2 Heart implants, Suffering from Sciatica, Neuropathy Taking 2 Insulinx15 u.
