Since you are in your second trimester and have a history of asthma, it’s best not to start Sitopladi Churna on your own. You can try safe measures like steam inhalation, saline nasal spray, staying well hydrated, and warm honey/ginger drinks. Avoid dust and allergens. –Rx 1) Sitopladi Churna – ½ tsp with warm water/honey, 2x/day, 5days 2) Anu Tailam (nasal drops) – 2 drops per nostril, once daily, 5 days 3) Steam inhalation – 10 min, 1–2x/day —Diet/Lifestyle: Avoid dust/allergens, drink warm fluids, rest —Follow-up: If shortness of breath worsens or fever develops, consult immediately.
