Diagnosis (Ayurvedic): Mutrakrichra / Mootravaha Srotodushti —Rx: 1)Chandraprabha Vati 2 tablets bd after meals with lukewarm water 2) Gokshuradi Guggulu 2 tablets bd after meals with lukewarm water 3) Aimil Neeri Syrup 2 tsp bd after meals ---- Duration: 6 weeks, then review — Advice (pathya-apathya): Avoid tea/coffee, spicy & fried food Take adequate water (not excessive) Avoid holding urine — Investigations advised: Fasting Blood Sugar Urine Routine — Follow-up: After 4 weeks or earlier if symptoms persist
