Tenho dor na lombar e domencia nos dedos dos pes há mais de 6 meses como curar. Sinto dor no meio de lombar e as vezes no quadril, mesmo pes ficam muito quentes como fogo e as vezes também doem. A dor começou a alguns meses e nao passa, piora com fisioterapia e exercicios

Hello I can understand it is very difficult to deal with persisting lower back pain for more than 6 months along with numbness with burning sensation in your toes As it is affecting your daily routine and most important clue it is increasing with exercise suggests that it needs careful approach ▪️Understanding your case You having -Lower back pain which is radiating in nature -With numbness in toes -Burning sensation -Increases with exercise or movement This all indicates a condition gridhrasi which is similar to sciatica like condition Dosha involvement = vata and pitta imbalance Vata causing pain, radiating, numbness Pitta causing burning sensation ▪️In simple words Your intervertebral disc space is reduced and causing bulge which presses the nerve leading to numbness and burning sensation ▪️so we have to focus on -improving disc pain -reducing disc bulge -Reducing pain ▪️Ayurvedic plan of treatment As you have been suffering since 6 months i will strongly suggest you to go for panchakarma session This will significantly reduce your pain and also improve mobility ➖Kati basti = medicated oil retaining on lower back ➖patra pinda sweda= medicated hot poultice fomentation ➖Basti chikitsa= best for vata and sciatica like condition ▪️Internal medication ➖Yogaraj guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food ➖Dashmoolaristha 20 ml twice daily after food ➖Shallaki MR 1 tablet twice daily after food ➖Ksheerbala capsule 1 capsule twice daily after food ➖GT capsule 1 at bed time ▪️External therapies -Do daily oil massage on your lower back with mahanarayana taila -Followed by hot water bath or hot water bag fomentation ▪️Diet and lifestyle ➖Include -Warm freshly prepared food -have 1 tsp of ghee daily -Milk with turmeric at bed time -Have easily digestable food ➖Avoid -Dry, fermented food -Spicy, fried food -Over exercising or forceful physiotherapy ▪️lifestyle -Avoid front bending -Use mattress which is firm -do gentle yoga only ▪️Important As you have been suffering since 6 months i will suggest you to go for MRI scan Mri of L-S spine with whole spine screening Your condition can be better managed with medicines and therapies So dont worry you will feel relief Wishing you a good health😊 Warm Regards Dr snehal Vidhate

You having -Lower back pain which is radiating in nature -With numbness in toes -Burning sensation -Increases with exercise or movement This all indicates a condition gridhrasi which is similar to sciatica like condition —Your intervertebral disc space is reduced and causing bulge which presses the nerve leading to numbness and burning sensation— to confirm this do a mri of lower back. —Diagnosis (Ayurvedic): Katishool with Vatavyadhi (possible Gridhrasi involvement) ----Rx: 1) Aimil Rheumartho Gold – 1 tab BD after meals 2) Aimil Rumalaya Forte – 1 tab BD after meals 3) Aimil Liniment Oil – Local application on lower back BD 4) Aimil Neurogenic Capsules – 1 cap OD at bedtime 5) yograj gugulu 1 tab twice a day after meal ----Advice: Avoid heavy exercise, bending, and long sitting Apply gentle heat (hot fomentation) Take light, warm diet (avoid cold/dry foods) —Follow-up: After 2 weeks with MRI , Based on your condition and improvement will prescribe you Panchkarma therapy
