Jeera and Ajwain water is safe in moderation, but it cannot treat high blood pressure or kidney stones. Since you have a history of stones and severe pain,Stay hydrated, eat a healthy diet low in salt, and monitor your blood pressure regularly. Don’t rely only on herbs or OTC supplements. —Prescription 1) Tab Pathrina ( baidyanath)– 2 tablets twice daily after meals 2) Caps Hypertension Care – 1 capsule twice daily after meals 3) Chyawanprash – 1 tsp in the morning 4) Drakshadi Kwath – 20 ml twice daily with warm water —Advice: Drink plenty of water, low salt diet, -------follow up in 15 days.

Hello I can understand your concern regarding -Kidney stones along with high blood pressure Its good that you are now taking jeera ajwain water but it need to be taken correctly So dont worry I will guide you correctly and safely ▪️Is jeera ajwain water helpful?? Yes it is helpful but only supportive Jeera = helps in Improving digestion and helps in reducing water retention Ajwain= reduces bloating and improves digestive fire So yes it helps but indirectly Let me explain It will improve your digestive fire and indirectly preventing formation of stone ❌But -It will not reduce existing stones -it will not help in blood pressure -it may slightly increase body heat ▪️Correct way to take it Take jeera and ajwain both 1/2 tsp Boil in 1 glass of water and reduce to half Consume it once a day It will be better if you can share your Ultrasound report so that we can add some additional medication which will actually reduce stone ▪️Better way to manage stones and bp ➖Varundi kwatha tablets 2 tablets twice daily after food ➖Punarnavasam 20 ml twice daily after food I will make appropriate changes once you share your USG report ▪️Diet plan ➖Include -Ensure hydration min of 3 litres -Coconut water -Barley water -have lauki Cucumber ➖Strictly avoid -tomato, spinach -Reduce salt intake ▪️Important If pain is severe please do not rely just on home remedies Do share your reports Wishing you a good health😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

There is a imbalance of vata and Pitta which effects your urinary channel Since you are having severe pain and surgery so we will manage your stone and also blood pressure Jeera and ajwain water is excellent for digestion daily consumption of ajwain is quite heating for the patient of kidney and hypertension So you can take coriander seed and jeera seed water Soak 1 teaspoon coriander seed 1/2 teaspoon Jeera in water overnight boiled and drink warm in morning Increase water intake to maintain a urine output of at least 2 liters. Barley water (Yava Udaka) and Coconut water are excellent. Minimize common salt. Use Saindhava Lavana (Himalayan Pink Salt) in very small quantities if necessary. Limit spinach, beets, chocolate, and nuts, as these can contribute to stones. : Include ash gourd (Petha), bottle gourd (Lauki), and bananas to help regulate BP. 1) cardaspa- one tablet twice daily after food 2) punarnavasava- 15 ml twice daily with equal water after food 3) punarvashtakam kwath- 15 ml twice daily with 45 ml lukewarm water on empty stomach 4) hinguvachadi gulika- one tablet toys daily before food

Jeera ajwain water is good to improve digestion and prevent bloating. For blood pressure and kidney stone you need to take proper ayurvedic treatment for relief For blood pressure start with Normact tablet 1-0,-1 after food with water, monitor your blood pressure after every 2 days and if required dosage to be adjusted. For kidney stone Tablet cystone -DS 1-0-1 after food with water. Varunadikwath 10ml-0-10ml after food with water. Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily. Drink adequate amount of water.

Hello I understand you are trying to manage blood pressure and kidney stones naturally. Jeera and ajwain water can be taken daily, but it is only supportive, not a complete treatment for BP or stones. It helps in digestion, reduces gas, and gives mild metabolic support. For your condition, both BP and kidney stones need proper management. Only this water will not control them. You can continue jeera + ajwain water once daily (boil and drink warm), but avoid taking it in excess as ajwain can increase heat in the body. Focus more on proper care: keep salt intake low for BP, drink adequate water for stones, and avoid very oily, spicy, and processed food. If you have a history of stones with severe pain, regular follow-up and basic investigations are important. Also, continue any prescribed BP medication if advised by your doctor. This approach will help manage both conditions better. Warm Regards Dr Raghuveer SN

Stop drinking Ajwain (Carom seeds) water immediately. Ajwain is highly heating and sharp (Tikshna). For a patient who already has high blood pressure, consuming ajwain daily will severely aggravate Pitta and Vata doshas in the blood, causing the blood pressure to spike dangerously. While Jeera (Cumin) is cooling and mildly diuretic, mixing it with Ajwain completely ruins its benefits for this patient. Furthermore, the patient is experiencing severe pain from kidney stones (Mutrashmari) and has a history of stone surgery. This indicates an active, recurring problem that simple Jeera water cannot cure alone, especially on an unhealthy diet. ✓Ayurvedic Prescription (To Target Both BP & Stones) 1. The Correct Herbal Water (Dhaniya-Jeera) : Replace the Ajwain with Dhaniya (Coriander seeds). Soak 1 teaspoon of Jeera and 1 teaspoon of Dhaniya in a glass of water overnight. Usage: Strain and drink it empty stomach in the morning. Both herbs are cooling (Sheeta), lower blood pressure, and soothe the burning/pain in the urinary tract. 2. Gokshuradi Guggulu Dosage: 2 tablets twice daily. Time: After meals with warm water. This is the absolute drug of choice for this dual condition. Gokshura naturally dilates the blood vessels (safely lowering BP) while actively breaking down and flushing out the kidney stones. 3. Punarnavadi Kashayam Dosage: 15 ml mixed with 15 ml of water. Time: Twice daily, before meals. It Protects the kidneys from recurring stones, acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory for the severe pain, and helps regulate blood pressure by removing excess fluid. ✓Crucial Diet & Medical Advice Strict Diet Correction: An unhealthy, high-sodium, junk-food diet is the exact reason the patient has both conditions. The patient must instantly stop eating packaged foods, excess salt, and heavy meats. Pt. must get an ultrasound (USG KUB) immediately to check the size and location of the stone Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

Hello -High Bp-> vata+ pitta balance (stress, poor diet) -Kidney stones -> mainly kapha + pitta (crystal formation, heat) Goal= Mutual (diuretic) + pitta shamak + vata balancing Jeera-ajwain water (continue but correctly) -take 1/2 tsp jeera + 1/4 tsp ajwain -boil in 2 glass water-> reduce to 1 glass -drink once daily in morning empty stomach Helps -improves digestion (reduce ama) -mild diuretic + supports stone flushing Don’t overuse (can increase heat-> worsen Bp/pitta) Internal medications 1) Cardimap tablets= 1 tab twice daily after meals =helps regulate Bp, supports heat 2) For kidney stones -Neeri tablets= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =breaks and flushes stones, reduces pain -Cystone syrup= 15ml twice daily after meals =prevents recurrence Diet very important in your case -coconut water daily -barley water -lauki, ash gourd -coriander water Avoid -salt excess (key of Bp) -spinach, tomato seeds, tea excess (stone forming) -fried, packaged food Lifestyle -walk 30 min daily -avoid stress major Bp trigger -sleep before 11 pm -no dehydration important for stones Important -severe stone pain= don’t rely only on home remedies -continue Bp monitoring regularly -If already had surgery=> high recurrence risk, so prevention is key Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
