Your digestion problems—gas, bloating, and loose stools—seem to be triggered by dairy and have been going on for over 6 months. It might be lactose intolerance or another digestive issue like IBS. Try avoiding dairy, eating smaller meals, and keeping a food diary. Probiotics or lactase supplements may help. —Rx 1. AIMIL Zymnet Plus Syrup – 10 ml after meals, twice daily (improves digestion, reduces gas). 2. Triphala tab – 1 tab at bedtime (regulates bowel movements). 3. AIMIL Amalki Tablets – 1 tablet after food, 2–3 times daily (reduces acidity, soothes stomach). 4. Amydio Forte Syrup – 10 ml twice daily if diarrhea is present. —Advice: Avoid dairy, eat small meals, drink warm water, and follow up if symptoms persist.

Hello, Your symptoms indicate -mandagni (low digestive fire) -vata-pitta imbalance -ama (toxins due to improper digestion) Treatment plan 1) Improve digestion -Hinguvachadi gulika= 1 tab twice daily before meals =reduces gas, bloating, improves digestion -Agnitundi vati= 1 tab twice daily after meals =strong digestive stimulant 2)Control loose motions and gut stability -Kutajraristham= 15ml + equal water after meals twice daily =best for chronic diarrhea, IBS- the symptoms 3) Reduce gas and bloating -Jeerakarishtam= 15ml with warm water after meals = improves digestion reduces gas formation 4) Ama detox (important in long term cases) -Avipattikar churna= 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water =clears toxins, regulates bowel Diet very important -warm, freshly cooked meals -khichdi, moong dal, rice -jeera water, ajwain water -buttermilk with roasted jeera Avoid -milk and dairy you already noticed trigger -fried, spicy , junk food -cold drinks , refrigerated food Lifestyle tips -Eat at fixed times daily -do not slee immediately after eating -walk 10-15 mins after meals -avoid overeating Important -since symptoms are > 6 months, consistency is key -improvement usually seen in 2-4 weeks Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

Hello I understand that constant bloating, gas, and slow digestion can be uncomfortable and affect your daily routine. In Ayurveda, this points to Vata-Pitta imbalance in the digestive system, often causing irregular bowel movements and gas. For relief, you can start - Himalaya Digestive Tablets (or Jeerakadi Churna) 1 tsp with warm water after meals - to support digestion and reduce gas. Trikatu Churna ½ tsp with warm water before meals can help stimulate digestive fire. Drink warm water throughout the day and avoid cold drinks or very oily foods. Eat freshly cooked, easy-to-digest food in small portions and chew thoroughly. Gentle massage of the abdomen with warm sesame oil in clockwise direction can reduce bloating. If diarrhea or gas persists despite these measures, a deeper evaluation may be needed to rule out infections or food sensitivities. Warm Regards Dr Raghuveer SN

Hello dear, In Ayurveda, what you’re describing is often linked to Mandagni (weak digestive fire) and an imbalance of Vata and Kapha doshas. When your “fire” is low, food sits in the stomach too long, ferments, and causes gas and irregular bowel movements. Take this : 1. Hingwashtak Churna This is the gold-standard classical preparation for gas, bloating, and “heavy” digestion. It contains hing (asafoetida), ginger, and black pepper to jumpstart your digestive enzymes. Dose: Take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon twice a day. How to take: Mix it with the first bite of your lunch and dinner with a little bit of warm Ghee, or take it with warm water 15 minutes after meals. 2. Chitrakadi Vati If you feel like your food just “sits there” for hours (slow motility), these tablets help increase stomach acid and bile flow. Dose: 1 to 2 tablets twice a day. How to take: Chew or swallow with warm water about 30 minutes before your meals. 3. Kumaryasava (Liquid) This is a fermented Aloe Vera tonic that is excellent for “kharab washroom” (irregular or sticky stools) and liver health. It acts as a mild natural stimulant for the bowels without being a harsh laxative. Dose: 15 to 20 ml (about 3-4 teaspoons). How to take: Mix with an equal amount of water and drink immediately after your two main meals.
