Yes, you can take Mahayograj Guggul, but only if digestion is okay (no severe indigestion or loose stools). It helps in Vata disorders like sciatica and piriformis syndrome Mahayograj Guggul – 1 tablet, 2 times daily after food Add Triphala churna at night (1 tsp with warm water) → for constipation If gas/bloating: take Hingvastak churna (½ tsp before food) Oil therapy (very important) Daily massage lower back & hip with Mahanarayan oil Follow with mild hot fomentation Diet (very important) Avoid: cold foods, curd at night, gas-forming foods (chana, cabbage) Take: warm, light food (khichdi, soups) Drink warm water + a little jeera Lifestyle Avoid long sitting Do gentle stretching (piriformis stretch) Keep bowels clear daily

Best for lower back pain,nerve involvement 2) Yogaraj guggulu- 2 tabs 2 times a day.Reduces inflammation, improves joint mobility 3) Dashmoolarishta= 15ml + 1glass water 2 times a ep vata pacification muscle relaxation 4) Gandha taila= 1tsp with warm milk in morning. Strengthens bones and ligaments 5) Ksheerbala 101 cap.= 1 cap twice daily after meals,nourishes nerves, reduces chronic pain ●Massage 1) Kottamchukadi taila. 2) Dhanwantaram taila. massage for 15 minutes Yoga - Bhujangasana,makarasana,setu bandhasana,shalabhasana 1) Garlic milk= boil 2-3 garlic cloves at night 2) Castor oil= 1 tsp at night. 3) Hot fomentation- hot water bag daily

Yes you can treat it with mahayogaraja guggulu But only with one medicine the pain relief will not get. - Avoid prolonged sitting. - Intake warm water sip after food - Keep body hydrated. - Gentle walking for 30 minutes. - Regular time for meals and wake up cycle - 8 hour sleep is good for better health. - Increase intake of fiber gradually. Some people gut will over react with the fibre. So you want to know about your gut health while introducing any thing just watch and rule out the food which is good and bad for your gut. For sciatica and gut health, you can take, 1. Rasnerandadi kwatha 15ml +45 ml lukewarm water twice daily 1 hour before food. 2. Yogaraja guggulu 1-0-1 along with kashayam. 3. Sallaki tab 1 at a day. 4. Hinguvachadi choornam 1/2 tsp with warm water at lunch time. 5. Avipathy choornam 1/2 tsp at night with ghee. 6. Sahacharadi tailam + mahanarayana tailam for external application. Massage for atleast 10 minutes and leave it for 30 minutes. Hello I can understand your concern regarding -Right lower limb sciatica that is piriformis syndrome -bloating -Constipation And this is all since 5 months But you must know that both your problems are interrelated and treating them both together will give better results your main question ▪️Can you take Mahayogaraj guggulu? Yes You can take actually it is drug of choice in cases of sciatica as -It reduces joint and nerve pain -Improves blood flow -Reduces stiffness But we have to be cautious if you have gastric issues If your digestion power is weak it will not get properly absorb So your agni should be corrected first ▪️Ayurvedic Plan of treatment Internal Medication ➖Yogaraj guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food ➖Triphala tablets 2 tablet at bed time ➖Hinguvachadi gulika 1 tablet before lunch ➖Gt capsule 1 capsule twice daily after food ▪️External therapies (very important for sciatica) ➖Do daily oil massage with kottamchukkadi taila on lower back and both legs before bath -massage for 15 minutes and then take a hot water bath ▪️Panchakarma As your pain is since 5 months i will advice you to go for panchakarma therapies like -Sarvanga abhynga and bhashpa sweda -Kati basti= oil retenting therapy -Patra pinda sweda= medicated poultice fomentation -Yoga basti course = gold standard for sciatica ▪️Diet plan ➖Include -have warm freshly prepared food -1 tsp of ghee daily -have moong dal khichadi -drink only warm. the symptoms you described suggests a Vata-dominant imbalance So we will focus on nerve irritation while simultaneously improving digestion (Agni) to prevent the accumulation of metabolic toxins (Ama) that can exacerbate pain. 1) Sahacharadi Kwath-15 ml diluted with 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily before food 2) Mahayograj Guggulu-2 tablets twice daily after food 3) Sahacharadi Thailam- Apply locally to the right glute/leg apply warm follow with mild steem 4)Gandharvahasthadi Castor oil- 10-15 ml with warm water/milk at bed time 5) Hinguvachadi Choornam- 2-3 grams twice daily With warm water Include Warm, freshly cooked meals. Use healthy fats like Ghee to lubricate the intestines. Include spices like Ginger, Cumin, Hing (Asafoetida), and Ajwain to reduce bloating. Avoid: Cold, raw, and dry foods (like salads, crackers, or cold drinks). Limit gas-forming vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, and broccoli. Avoid heavy, fermented foods and curd at night. Sip on warm water throughout the day
