Hello I understand how frustrating it is when cervical spondylosis pain and stiffness keep coming back even after taking medicines and therapy. In your case, this is a chronic Vata imbalance affecting cervical spine and surrounding muscles, leading to stiffness, pain, and associated headaches. Recurrence happens when the area remains weak and strained. The focus should be on reducing stiffness, strengthening muscles, and preventing recurrence. Start with Yograj Guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food Mahayograj Guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food Dashmool Kwath 15 ml with equal water twice daily before food Daily external care is very important. Do gentle oil massage with Mahanarayan taila on neck and upper back followed by mild heat. Avoid bending, heavy lifting, and long screen time. Maintain proper posture and use a firm pillow with good neck support. Continue physiotherapy but keep it gentle, not aggressive. If headache or stiffness increases again frequently, a cervical spine evaluation (X-ray or MRI) is helpful to assess disc condition. With consistent care, stiffness and recurrence reduce gradually.
